Why data collection?
GIZ/EnDev systematically collects data for its Monitoring every 6 months to gather and measure information from all actors in the renewable energy sector in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea. The aim is to get a complete picture about the improvements being made in this period and to analyze and evaluate the outcomes in this timeframe.
